Ingredients
- 2 gallons water
- 1 ½ cups canning salt
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic

- Gather all ingredients.
- Mix water, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper together in a food-grade bucket or container large enough to hold your turkey.
- Carefully submerge turkey in brine.
